Use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Our Products

Full descriptions of our products are given on this website. The products are suitable for the intended uses described. As part of our continuing programme of product development, we reserve the right to improve and update them at anytime.
Goods or packaging of goods may differ slightly from those displayed on the website.

Feeding and Storage

Your dog will absolutely love our handmade dog biscuits as a complementary training or ‘good dog’ reward. It is acceptable to feed your dog a number of our biscuits throughout the day. However, our dog biscuits should not be substituted for a balanced diet and should ideally make up no more than 10% of your dog’s daily calorie intake.
Fresh, clean water should be available for your dog at all times.

Our products are packaged so that they arrive as fresh as the day they were handmade. Once opened, please store them in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Kept in this way, our products have a shelf-life of 6 months – although we know your dog will probably eat them before then.

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

Our product contains wheat, flour and eggs.
Please ensure that you check with your veterinary surgeon as to whether your dog has any special dietary requirements or allergies prior to ordering any of our products. We cannot be held responsible for any any allergic response to any of our products.


Any orders made through this website are subject to our acceptance and availability of the product.
All of our products are baked to order and thus if you wish to change your order, you must inform us of this as quickly as possible. On very rare occasions we may choose to change or cancel your order but we will inform you of this.


We aim to bake, package and post your order as quickly as possible after you place your order.
All of our products are sent via Royal Mail/Parcel Force, depending on the size of the order.
We do not post orders on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday and thus if you have a specific date in mind for receipt of your order please make sure that we are aware of it at the time of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.


We accept payment via PayPal – either through a PayPal account or using a credit/debit card via PayPal


You may cancel your order but to do so you must email us. We will respond confirming your cancellation and the date your email was received. The date confirmed is the date the cancellation came into effect. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a refund. However, if your order has already been dispatched you will be charged for cost of shipping and you will not receive a refund until the order has been returned to us in original packaging, unopened and in resaleable condition.


Your money will be returned to you via your payment method within 30 days of your order cancellation or return.
Refunds cannot be issued for exchanges or returns until all goods are returned to us at our business address in a resaleable condition.

Exchanges or Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with any of the products and would like to exchange or return an item, please let us know by email within 7 days of receiving the order, stating the reasons.

Most goods (with the exception of seasonal or personalised items) may be returned to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging unused. We can only refund the cost of the goods in your order and not the postage. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the product was delivered to you in error or the goods are faulty.

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in the post and thus we would recommend you complete and retain a ‘certificate of postage’ from the post office and where appropriate return the goods by Royal Mail ‘sign for’ service.

Seasonal and personalised items

We are unable to accept returns of seasonal and/or personalised items.

Wrong item sent or damaged goods

In the unfortunate event that the goods received do not match the description given when you placed your order or the goods are damaged, please follow the procedure for returns


We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by the misuse of our products.
We cannot be held responsible for errors or interruptions to service on the website.
